Stuck in the same routine? The same job? The same circle of friends? The same “normal”?
If you continue this routine, you know your life will end up like everyone else’s:
Work – Marriage – House – Kids – Retirement – Death.
And your days will look like this:
Eat – Work – Sleep – Repeat.
You look forward to the end of the work day, weekends, vacations, and holidays.
You complain about minor stuff.
But you know that this is not everything.
You know you are destined for more.
You know that some people jump out of bed on a Monday looking forward to their work.
Because they have a purpose.
They’ve found their gift.
And they make great money with it!
They have freedom.
They do what they love.
And they’re fulfilled.
I’ve been there!
My life wasn’t bad at all, actually. Straight out of college, I landed an amazing job with inspiring bosses and only a few months later, they promoted me to become the Managing Editor of 22 newspapers and thus, the youngest manager in the company. I had an apartment with a great roommate, a car, and was able to afford great food, nights out, tattoos and vacations.
One night, I went out, got drunk, met a dumb a$$ boy, and things resulted in a pregnancy scare and a whole lot of other sh!t. Life spiraled down from here on out. This was when I started questioning everything.
Was I living life to the fullest?
Was I a person (possible mother) I wanted my future kids to look up to?
Was I sharing my gift with others?
Was I exploring the world like I always wanted to?
The answer to all of these questions was no.
So I went on a journey to discover myself. A friend of mine recommended me to try hypnosis.
After my first session, I woke up and thought: “I will quit my job and move to Paris!”
A few days later, another friend asked me why I would limit myself to Paris rather than seeing the whole world. And she was right. So my hypnosis session actually gave me the last kick I needed to step up to my two bosses and tell them I would leave in six months. Luckily, they were supportive.
In the following two years, I worked with other hypnotherapists to help me overcome issues I had with my money mindset as well as my relationship to my mom, negative thoughts, etc.
I deeply believe in the benefits of hypnosis and so I started studying it. And because it’s possible to do hypnosis online, it helps support/fund my travels and the freedom lifestyle I love!
The origins of hypnosis go back more than two millennia – even the good ol’ Egyptians knew about it!
If you’ve watched Get Out or any other movie or TV show depicting hypnosis or witnessed stage hypnosis shows, please don’t let these scenes fool you:
Hypnosis is NOT someone else (me in this case) controlling your mind!
With hypnosis, us hypnotists and hypnotherapists simply help you access your subconscious mind by putting your body and conscious mind into a completely relaxed trance state – think meditation or day dreaming.
Then, we give your subconscious mind the suggestions that YOU told us in an interview beforehand. If we told you anything you didn’t want to hear, you’d wake up immediately. Why? Because all your morals and values including your survival instinct are ingrained in your subconscious mind.
Unless you really wanted to walk into a corner and do the chicken dance or act like a rabbit on crack – we couldn’t make you do that.
Nowadays, hypnosis is primarily used to help people making their mind work for them, for example:
In other cases, hypnosis is also used for pain control and can even replace anesthetics.
Hypnosis also lets you go back in time to solve any issues that resulted from events your conscious mind buried long ago. And if you believe in past lives, hypnosis allows you to explore them as well!
Hypnosis can help you
If you’re interested in age or past life regression where we take you back in time, hypnosis lets you explore that as well!
Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind, which listens to positive suggestions easily.
To give you a simplified example:
If I told you to eat healthier while you’re not under hypnosis, your conscious mind would go: “Why? What does that mean? When do I start? How do I do that?” and would forget about all the questions and resolutions rather quickly.
Your subconscious mind on the other hand would simply say: “Ok. I want to eat healthier and I know it’s better for me, so I will do it” and store this information.
That’s why hypnosis works.
I will personally take all the time you need to explain hypnosis to you in a way that you’ll understand it, so you know that you’re in complete control all of the time.
Yes. And remember: All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
Yes, it does. We can have a Skype or Zoom or What’sApp video call, so I can see you.
